Shipping Methods
Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout. All available carriers, delivery options, and rates will be displayed before payment.
Free Shipping (U.S. Only)
We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts). Free shipping applies only to delivery addresses within the United States.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the shipping service selected.
- Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery.
Order Processing
Orders received by 3:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST ship on the next business day.
We do ship orders on Saturdays.
Backordered Items
Some products may be available for purchase on backorder. Backordered items will ship once available, typically within 3–5 business days.
Customers may still select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping transit times apply after the item ships.
In-store pickup will become available once the backordered item arrives at our location. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
