Shipping Methods

Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout. All available carriers, delivery options, and rates will be displayed before payment.

Free Shipping (U.S. Only)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts). Free shipping applies only to delivery addresses within the United States.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations through Shopify Managed Markets. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package details, and shipping service selected.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders are processed through Shopify Managed Markets. Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related import fees are calculated and included in the price shown at checkout. Eligible shipments are sent with duties prepaid, helping prevent unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Customs clearance requirements and processing times vary by country and may occasionally affect delivery times. In rare cases, local authorities or carriers may assess additional charges outside of those collected through Shopify Managed Markets.

Order Processing

Orders received by 3:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST ship on the next business day.

We also ship orders on Saturdays.

Backordered Items

Some products may be available for purchase on backorder. Backordered items will ship once available, typically within 3–5 business days.

Customers may still select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Estimated shipping transit times begin after the item has shipped.

In-store pickup will become available once the backordered item arrives at our location. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
