Refund Policy

All games, components, and consoles are pre-owned and refurbished unless otherwise stated as sealed/new. Packaging, manuals, and inserts may not be included.

90-Day Warranty (Defects)

We offer a 90-day warranty on all* products for defects. Within 90 days of receipt, you may request an exchange or store credit for a defective item. *Note items with software modifications are not covered by any warranty. 

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

Any product may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the order date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns must be initiated by contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at Gamers@gamersgoretro.com.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is opened instead of following this return process, we will provide this policy, the product description, and proof of delivery to the card issuer as evidence that the product was delivered as described and a fair return option was provided.
