We offer a 90-day warranty on all games, consoles, and accessories for defects. Within 90 days of receipt, you may request an exchange or store credit for a defective item.
For change-of-mind returns, you may return any product within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Items must be in the same condition as received, and proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
