  5. We inspect & test: Once received, we test and evaluate all games, consoles, and accessories for accuracy and working condition. If needed, we’ll adjust the quote and notify you right away.

  7. 30-day decision window: You’ll have 30 days to accept or decline our offer. After that, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned.

  • ✅ Pricing is based on condition, edition, and demand. For example, missing packaging or inserts may reduce value.
  • ✅ Products must be listed with their condition and edition. Example: Luigi’s Mansion – GameCube (Missing Manual, Game Only, Complete In Box).
  • ✅ Disc-based games are quoted as Complete In Box unless otherwise stated. We will confirm completeness upon receipt.
  • ✅ Cartridge-based games are quoted as Game Only unless otherwise stated. Completeness is verified upon receipt.
  • ✅ Consoles are quoted as system + first-party controller + cables unless otherwise stated. We confirm condition and completeness after testing.
  • ✅ All initial quotes are subject to change after evaluation.
  • ❌ We do not accept graded or factory-sealed games, accessories, or consoles.
  • ✅ Once received, you’ll get a finalized quote within 48 hours. Adjustments will be explained if condition, edition, or completeness differs from your description.
  • ✅ All mailed-in items must be well packaged. We are not responsible for courier damage during transit.
