We want to buy YOUR Retro Video Games, Accessories, and Consoles! Here are the steps you need to take to get CASH IN HAND!
1. Type up an email list of the games, consoles, and accessories you want to sell! Please detail their condition, edition, and completeness! Different games originally came with different materials such as manuals, inserts, advertisements, and other fillers. An example of how to populate a list would be: Mario Party 2 N64 (Game Only), Star Wars Battlefront 2 PS2 (Missing Manual), Pokémon White Version 2 Nintendo DS (Complete In Box).
2. Take photos of your products. Be sure to showcase the condition of your games, consoles, and accessories including any items or filler that comes with the original games and consoles.

4. We will reach out to you ASAP with a quote for your games and provide a shipping label for you to mail us your products!
5. Upon receiving your games, our team will test and evaluate all games, consoles, and accessories to ensure that all is in working order as described. Revisions may be made to the quote to account for condition of products, edition of products, and completeness of products, as well as inventory demands. Our team will notify you via email when all has been processed.
6. Upon agreement of the finalized quote for the products, our sales team will provide you with three means of payment for cash: Zelle, PayPal, mailed-in check, as well as an option for store credit.
7. You will have 30 days from the date of first contact to make a decision on our offer. If we have not heard back from you within 30 days your items will be considered abandoned.
Our trade in policy
We at Gamers Go Retro pride ourselves on providing the best quality products possible and put in great effort to ensure that Retro Gaming is preserved for all to enjoy! For us to guarantee our work to you and get you the best value possible, there are some important topics to note!
· All products must be NTSC (North American) versions.
· Products must be in salvageable, WORKING condition – the better the condition, the more we are willing to pay for games, consoles, and accessories. However, we reserve the right to turn away games, consoles, and accessories that would require total restoration in order for the products to function as originally intended.
· Pricing will be adjusted according to condition, edition, and inventory demands. Example would be pricing adjustments to a Collector’s Edition game or console that is missing components of its original packaging – which would affect the value of the estimated payout to the customer.
· All products must be listed in their condition and edition. An example would be – Luigi’s Mansion for GameCube (Missing Manual, Game Only, or Complete In Box)
· All estimates for disc-based games will be evaluated as the working Complete In Box game unless otherwise stated. Upon receipt of your games – our team will evaluate the completeness of the games to ensure a more accurate quote.
· All cartridge-based games will be evaluated as the working Game Only unless otherwise stated. Upon receipt of your games – our team will evaluate the completeness of the games to ensure a more accurate quote.
· All consoles will be evaluated as the working console + first party controller + cables, unless otherwise stated. Our team will evaluate the completeness and condition of the consoles to ensure a more accurate quote.
· All initial quotes are subject to change based on condition, edition, and completeness.
· We do not accept any GRADED or SEALED games, accessories, or consoles.
· Upon our receipt of your mailed-in products, you will receive a finalized quote which will either match your original quote, or detail any revisions made to the quote based on condition, edition, and completeness, of games.
· Ensure that your mailed-in games are well-packaged. Mailing your products to us is understanding that we assume NO responsibility for orders in transit that are damaged due to courier mishandling.
· We aim to provide a speedy service! We will provide a finalized quote within 48 hours of receiving your games!
· In the event that we are unable to accept the mailed-in games due to condition, or an agreement cannot be reached regarding payout, we will repackage and return your items – though shipping must be paid by the customer.
