We put our money where our mouth is and stand on our 90-day warranty, which is our personal guarantee to YOU that we will send you a quality product. There’s nothing worse than going to a local game store and finding that game you have been looking for — only it is covered in stickers from previous resellers, the pins are dirty, the disc is scratched, and the labels have water damage. After all, who wants to buy a dirty game? Our games and consoles go through rigorous testing and in-depth cleaning.
Consoles & Accessories
Our consoles go through testing to ensure their ports, connectivity, gameplay, and all original functions are supported. If a PlayStation 2 is reading games inconsistently, our techs open it up and professionally install a new laser to ensure gameplay is smooth and steady. Our team then cleans that same console in every nook and cranny — inside and out — down to the smallest details with a toothbrush. That PlayStation 2 then receives an industrial-grade polish to restore some of its luster and give it a “like new” feel. All accessories and consoles receive this level of attention to detail so that we can deliver a quality product that works better than you remembered.
Cartridge Games
Cartridge games are detailed with a material-safe liquid that removes stains from the plastic cartridge while avoiding damage to the label. The pins are completely cleaned and stripped of oxidation to ensure a full connection is made between the game pins and the connector inside the console. Because we acquire much of our stock through trade, some labels may be previously damaged. In those cases, we adjust the price to match the cosmetic quality of the game. Our cartridges offer the option to select “Good Condition” or “Cosmetically Flawed.” Regardless of condition, every cartridge has been cleaned and tested, though cosmetically flawed copies may show permanent issues such as label tearing or yellowing. Bottom line — you are receiving a fully function-tested product with proper discounted pricing when cosmetic flaws exist.
Disc Games
That coveted Def Jam: Fight for New York on PS2 will be delivered to you spotless. Our disc-based games receive the same treatment as any other product we sell. Cases are cleaned of residue, previous reseller stickers are removed, and we clean the inside of the case as well. Whether it is PS5, Xbox 360, or PS1, you will receive a clean case and a great-looking disc. We use a professional resurfacer that carefully buffs out surface scratches to restore discs to their former glory.
90-Day Warranty
After our rigorous testing and cleaning process, we stand on our promise to ensure you get a quality product. If 88 days after receiving that GameCube you ordered it decides to stop reading games, we will make sure you are taken care of and get your GameCube fixed or swapped.
